Project Showcase

Every space has its own story waiting to be uncovered. Through careful planning, material exploration, custom cabinetry, lighting, texture, and proportion, each decision is made with intention. The creative process is not just about selecting beautiful things; it is about shaping an environment that feels layered, meaningful, and completely connected to the people who live there.
A well-designed home should feel effortless, but behind that ease is a process filled with collaboration, refinement, and vision. It is where ideas become atmosphere, where details become emotion, and where a house is transformed into a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
About

Design Process
1. Initial Consultation
I begin by getting to know you, your lifestyle, and the vision you have for your home. This conversation allows us to understand your wants, needs, priorities, and overall design goals.
2. Site Visit & Project Discovery
Next, we visit the space to better understand its potential. During this meeting, we discuss expectations, budget, timeline, and the overall scope of work.
3. Measuring & Documentation
I carefully measure and photograph the existing space, gathering the details needed to begin planning with accuracy and intention.
4. 3D Modeling
A detailed 3D model is created to help visualize the space, explore layout opportunities, and bring the design direction to life before construction begins.
5. Preliminary Design Development
I begin developing initial material selections, cabinetry concepts, spatial layouts, and design details tailored to the home and your vision.
6. Design Boards & Presentation Preparation
A curated design board and presentation are assembled to communicate the overall concept, finishes, furnishings, and aesthetic direction.
7. Concept Review Meeting
We meet to review spatial layouts, design concepts, material selections, and presentation boards, allowing you to see how the vision is coming together.
8. Design Retainer & Project Planning
Once the design direction is approved, a design retainer is collected so I can begin preparing project estimates, construction timelines, trade coordination, and installation schedules.
9. Trade Scheduling & Construction Phase
I coordinate with trusted trades and begin the initial construction phase, ensuring the design intent is carried through with care and attention to detail.
10. Final Styling & Completion
As the project nears completion, I oversee cleaning, accessorizing, finishing touches, and punch work to ensure every detail feels polished, intentional, and complete.

Renderings & Mood Boards

Realistic 3D renderings are an essential part of our design process, allowing clients to fully visualize their home before construction begins. These detailed renderings bring floor plans, material selections, cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, and architectural details together in a clear and lifelike way.

Mood boards are an important part of the design process because they help establish the overall look, feel, and direction of a space before the finer details are finalized. By bringing together fabrics, finishes, furnishings, lighting, colors, textures, and inspiration imagery, a mood board creates a clear visual story for the home.
